AT&T’s software-defined network will deliver seamless streaming videos, high-definition games, photo intensive social media, and one day, help make autonomous cars a reality.
ECOMP is driving our software-centric network transformation. It represents 8.5 million lines of code and currently supports over 100 different virtual network functions at all layers of our network. It’s a major part of ONAP, an open source initiative that allows for SDN development on a global scale and fosters a community environment under the Linux Foundation.
